Have you ever considered a career in Pharmacy or would you like to expand your current dispensing skills across a wider range of medication?
Due to internal progression we are looking for a dispensing assistant to join our experienced team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician and Assistants.
You will be working in the main dispensary and duties will include: dispensing medication for patients being seen at A&E, inpatients, outpatients and for discharges.
Ensuring medication is prepared and dispensed appropriately for the infusion suite is a key aspect of the role, therefore attention to detail, an enjoyment of following a process and good organisational skills are vital.
You will receive full training, including NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in pharmacy services and gain experience of dispensing medication across a variety of specialities.
