British Red Cross are looking for a fantastic Fulfilment Administrator. Can you play a critical role in helping us deliver vital and lifesaving first aid training in your local community?
A day in the life of the Fulfilment Administrator
Our Training Team deliver First Aid courses at over regular venues across the UK and Northern Ireland. We’ve been doing this for over years; enabling the British public to carry out first-aid.
The focus for the Fulfilment Administrator is to help support the wider Red Cross Training team with purchasing, and administration.
Some of your main priorities will include:
1. Processing of daily orders for consumables and equipment; ensuring logs are updated and materials arrive in the correct format.
2. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
3. General customer service and customer care skills, dealing with queries online and on the phone.
4. Actively participates in all team meetings, engages within RCT and BRC as a representative of the Fulfilment team.
Our training programmes help to generate surplus funds back into the wider charity. This helps us to support our mission of connecting human kindness with human crisis.
To be successful Fulfilment Administrator you should have...
5. IT literate with competence in MS office - outlook, word and excel.
6. Confident verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Good time management and organisational skills.
9. Ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines and targets.
10. Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment.
11. Proven work experience within a broad administrative role with an understanding of financial processes.
