At DWF, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our digital strategy and overseeing the day-to-day implementation of our digital operations from both a technical and content perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience of working globally with multiple brands, demonstrating expertise in digital strategy, campaign management and reporting, and team expansion in line with the global operating model.
This role will be based from our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals. This includes monitoring digital trends and optimising resources to improve performance. Additionally, support the Head of Marketing Operations and Senior Marketing Managers in crafting a content strategy aimed at boosting online engagement and brand presence. Oversee content creation, ensuring it maintains a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
You will also manage the technical aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, working with IT to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance client engagement through integrated digital efforts. Assist the marketing team with campaign execution across various channels and provide detailed performance insights for optimization. Coordinate digital strategies across regions, adapt to local market needs, and manage agency relationships for consistent global impact. Additionally, support team expansion, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with practice area goals and global targets.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
1. Experience of working in digital marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for global brands.
3. Project management skills.
4. Considerable background in content strategy and management.
5. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics tools.
6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
7. Considerable project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Exceptional communication ability for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
9. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
