What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Assistant/Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the accounts and office administration functions while supporting the CEO and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
Bank Reconciliations: Ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Xero Accounting: Post transactions using our cloud-based accounting software.
Purchase Ledger Management: Oversee the purchase ledger and support the Accounts Assistant in invoice posting.
Invoice Processing: Match supply invoices to delivery notes and verify pricing accuracy.
Credit Control: Manage the sales ledger for B2B and marketing contributions.
Payroll Preparation: Assist in payroll preparation through external accounts using Planday.
Month-End Processes: Contribute to the month-end reporting and VAT review on Xero.
Budget Reporting: Prepare monthly budget reports for marketing initiatives.
Supplier and Customer Liaison: Maintain day-to-day communications with suppliers, customers, and the leadership team.
