Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 2. Implement effective teaching strategies to ensure high academic standards and inspire student achievement. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, enthusiasm, and a love of learning. Participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and school activities as required. Year 2 Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching in Year 2 or a similar primary setting. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
