Working as part of a highly respected and collaborative team, you'll advise and coach schools across Barnet, mainly primary mainstream settings, to improve outcomes for autistic children and young people.
You’ll bring your knowledge, empathy and leadership to:
Guide staff in embedding inclusive, neurodiversity-positive practice
Deliver training for educators and families
Support transitions, placements, and personalised learning plans
Promote wellbeing, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy in autistic pupils
Collaborate with a multi-agency team across education, health, and social care
