Position: Head of Asset Management
Location: Bromley Area (Work Place*will be across Mytime Active sites with the opportunity to work remotely when the job type allows).
Salary: circa £65,000 p.a. Plus Benefits

Key Duties:
* Formulate and proactively maintain the Company Asset Management Plan (AMP) with all works prioritised.
* Lead the delivery of all capital investment projects including the Investment Fund in Bromley.
* Manage supplier agreements to ensure clear communication channels are in place to strengthen our company's overall performance.
* Act as the Company’s lead manager in its property dealings with Clients.
* Lead on energy conservation and environmental policies designed to reduce consumption and mitigate increases in costs.
* Audit and assess the performance of technical staff against the Company’s requirements and industry standards.
* Responsible for the line management of all personnel within the Asset Management Team.
* Proactively manage the insurance claims process to mitigate against losses for Mytime Active.
* Establish clear procurement processes to ensure maximum commercial return.
* Continuously improve operational delivery, quality of service and products to the consumer.
* Initiate and drive a healthy capital investment programme, including the build and refurbishment of facilities.
* Support the development of corporate-wide Quality Management Systems.
* Continuously improve the company’s image and credibility with all stakeholders.
* Manage health and safety and environmental management for Mytime Active.
* Be technically able and play a proactive role in securing new business.

Experience & Knowledge:
* Significant experience in driving high performance across a technical service.
* Experience of mitigating against losses through a lesson’s learnt approach to insurance claims.
* Experience of interpreting strategic organisational priorities into operational reality.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-site/contract senior facilities management role.
