Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
* Experience working with adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High level of patience, empathy, and understanding
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
