We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a part time role (25-30 hours per week), and is based in Chesterfield
Duties -
- Process and input invoices into the accounting system
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyse accounts payable transactions and maintain records
- Assist with general administration tasks
What we are looking for-
- Proven experience as a Sales/ Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments
