We have an exciting opportunity for an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Childrens Homes in Newcastle-under-Lyme. What You Will Need as aChildren's Home Registered Manager:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
* Minimum of 1 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home
* Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors
* In-depth knowledge of current legislation (Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and others)
