Business Executive, CEO Office
Here at the Jensten Group, we are looking for a Business Executive to join our CEO Office and play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO and leadership team stay organised, focused, and aligned on strategic priorities.
As our Business Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO office in the delivery and execution of the Group's key strategic initiatives. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you will be expected to stay ahead of priorities, prepare briefing materials, drive efficiency in meetings, and manage important cross-functional relationships.
You'll have a high level of interaction with Senior Leaders and a direct influence on decision-making processes across the business. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with a strong ability to manage both strategic and operational requirements.
The position will be based in our central London office at least three days a week, with the option to work from home for the remaining days.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the CEO in executing the Group's strategic priorities and initiatives.
* Ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, providing high-quality briefing materials.
* Attending key meetings to track decisions, ensure accountability, and monitor actions.
* Writing and gathering content for board meetings, executive meetings, and senior leadership conferences.
* Acting as a liaison between the CEO Office and the business, communicating priorities effectively.
* Supporting the CEO, CPO, and marketing team with Internal Communications work including being an active member of the Internal Communications Committee to design, create and implement an impactful internal communications plan.
* Assisting the CEO's Executive Assistant with ad-hoc duties as needed.
* Managing confidential projects independently, liaising with external advisors and ensuring timely delivery.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and have excellent attention to detail in preparing high-quality materials. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential projects independently while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time. A strong problem-solver with a collaborative mindset, you'll be able to support senior leadership in executing key strategic initiatives while maintaining smooth operations within the CEO Office.
You will also be or have:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with internal communications, content creation, and employee engagement is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work with a high attention to detail.
