Finance Director - Up to £125,000 + Bonus & Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA - Permanent
IN2 Consult is partnering with a market-leading Blue chip client on the recruitment of a senior level FD/ Head of Finance role to join their growing accounting division.
The role is responsible for overseeing a large proportion of the EMEA region, managing a team of circa 30 and driving change and process improvements as well as overseeing month-end reporting, audit, and other key elements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the finance function, ensuring financial stability, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with business goals.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a large finance team of approximately 30 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Drive financial and operational change initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee month-end reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
* Present financial reports, insights, and performance updates to the board and key stakeholders.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies.
* Business partner with C-Suite level stakeholders to provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management to maintain financial health.
* Ensure strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Requirements
* Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, such as Head of Finance, Finance Director, or Senior Financial Controller.
* Have recent experience in working within large, complex organisations with revenues exceeding £500 Million +.
* Experience in managing large finance teams (circa 20+).
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and shape strategic decisions.
* Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to driving change.
