Highland Holidays is a family-owned business which operates 3 stunning holiday parks on the West Coast of Scotland.
Oban Holiday Park is our newest venture and sits in approximately 350 acres of lush green hills and views of the loch with our very own highland cows. Oban Holiday Park is situated about a 5-minute drive from the beautiful town of Oban itself. It sits opposite the small island of Kerrera. Oban Holiday Park is in Oban and is the largest town between Helensburgh and Fort William.
Highland Holidays is currently looking for their next Manager/s to lead them to great things. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic manager/s to lead all aspects of the operational management of this amazing holiday park. This position would suit an energetic, active, friendly, outgoing, self-motivated team. They must be able to use their own initiative to assist in maintaining and improving our growing park. We aim for excellent customer service, so the ideal team must have good communication skills and a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service. They should also enjoy being around children and dogs as our park is family-oriented and dog-friendly.
Oban Holiday Park consists of self-catering accommodation consisting of 5* lodges with hot tubes, premier caravans, tourers and camping grounds.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to have experience in Holiday Parks or similar environment and have experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day-to-day running of the park. Working with the housekeeping team with the quick turnaround of our 5* lodges and caravans to a very high standard. Managing the dispatch and receiving of the laundry from our park in Fort William. Working with the Marketing team and Senior Management Team to drive sales of holidays as well as on-site sales of units. Supervise, maintain and develop the parks facilities. Oversee the work of contractors, establish the goals and objectives of the park with the aim of providing the best recreational experience to the public while conserving the natural resources of Oban Holiday Park.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Represent Oban Holiday Park both on site and off site, manage budgetary expenses. Oversee operations that produce revenues, ensure appropriate and exact accounting of receipts, supervise park contracts and manage the ecosystem management plan of the park to make sure that the natural, cultural and historical resources are well protected.

Job Type – Permanent position
Salary – Negotiable, with bonus and commission structure
Work Location – In Person Oban Holiday Park
2 days off per week, please note that there might be some weeks during the peak season we would require you to work 6 days.
