Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking an Employment Lawyer on an interim basis.
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract; however, this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with requirements of once per week in the office, but this is flexible.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including settlement agreements, TUPE, parental leave, and tribunal work.
2. Managing a small caseload of SEND matters (education law), with training provided if necessary.
The client is flexible in their requirements and would consider experienced employment lawyers from public or private sector organisations.
