A fantastic Chef de Partie job on the Isle of Skye paying a package of around £32,000 has become available for an award-winning, world-renowned Restaurant with rooms. We have two positions available; one is regular hours 4 days per week. The other is daytime hours 5 days per week.
Relocate to the picturesque Isle of Skye (Scotland) with this fantastic opportunity to continue your career development in a supportive and professional environment.
* Package of around £32,000+
* Base salary of £26,800 for 41 hours per week. (Any overtime not able to be taken back will be paid as overtime).
* Tips/tronc, around £5,400 yearly (paid monthly).
* Affordable Living: Benefit from subsidized live-in accommodation at just £300 per month, bills included!
* Each person gets their own room within a shared house. Many of the rooms have their own bathrooms (depending on availability) and the properties include full Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry facilities etc.
* Christmas and New Years OFF work– The Restaurant is closed between roughly 22nd December to 22nd January.
* 28 days holiday, increasing annually up to 31 days.
* 4 days per week. Straight shifts only.
* Work under an excellent Head Chef and within a fantastic brigade of around 12.
* World Renowned Rosette Restaurant. Working with locally sourced produce, some of the finest shellfish and meat in Scotland.

* The ideal candidate will have experience in any level of Rosette, Fine Dining, or similar environment.
