Role Overview:
As a Fire Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in assessing and advising clients on fire risks, regulations, and fire protection solutions. You will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, preparing fire safety plans, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing practical solutions for fire safety challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Develop, implement, and review fire safety strategies and action plans tailored to each clients needs.
Advise on fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers) and ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for fire safety compliance and inspections.
Provide fire safety training, including fire drills and emergency procedures.
Assist clients in navigating fire safety regulations and ensuring compliance with local and national fire safety laws.
Stay up to date on the latest fire safety technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Certified Fire Safety Professional (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessment qualification, or equivalent).
Proven experience in fire safety consulting, fire risk assessments, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of fire safety laws and regulations (local, national, and international).
Experience in preparing detailed fire safety reports and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and present complex fire safety solutions clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license (if travel is required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications or training in fire protection systems, safety audits, or emergency management.
Experience in delivering fire safety training programs or workshops.
