We're currently partnered with an insurance business based in Chelmsford. They're currently hiring across multiple teams including Claims - multiple roles available at different experience levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the claim from notification through to conclusion.
2. Provide excellent claims handling service.
3. Ensure that claim reserves, payments and Large Movement Reports are calculated correctly.
4. Investigate and resolve claims in a professional, timely and pro-active manner.
5. Manage and exceed customer expectations and prioritise work to resolve any disputes that may arise in the settlement of a claim.
6. Create accurate Claims Management System records.
7. Be supportive of change within the claims handling teams.
Skills:
1. Previous claims experience required.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. University degree is desirable.
