Progressive Care Unit
Responsibilities
1. Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team.
2. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance.
3. Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN Preferred.
2. Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
3. Minimum of two (2) years experience preferred.
4. BLS required. ACLS within the first year of employment.
5. Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.
6. Preferred Education: PNCC.
