Role: Salesforce Technical Lead (CPQ)

Location: London, UK. Onsite (3-4 days WFO)

The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will work on CPQ development, design and manage a team. Lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce solutions. Provide expert technical leadership, ensuring the solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Key responsibilities
* Liaise with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements, transforming business requirements into technical requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution.
* Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions.
* Drive technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions.
* Offer best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy.
* Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solutions (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.).
* Overall knowledge of solution components (transformation platform, integration platform, etc.) that are outside of the Salesforce platform.
* Hands-on knowledge on Platform Security, PII data security, Authentication & Authorization.
* Integration (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect, etc.), Data Migration and Deployment Strategy.
* Sales Support: Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead. Assist in SOW creation, etc.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Must have experience in technology (product and engineering) and Salesforce CPQ Development exposure.
* Must have experience in Sales cloud.
* In-depth Salesforce CPQ Experience. In addition to CPQ knowledge, must have functional and technical knowledge (Like Product configurations, Bundles, Quoting process, Pricing, Discounting and Workflows).
* Candidate should be able to lead the team and support on application design.
* Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
* Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using Salesforce CPQ capabilities of Salesforce platform.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications:
* Must have Salesforce Platform Developer 2.
* CPQ Functional associate certifications.
Good to have:
* Exposure on Agile methodology.
* Experience in CI/CD and deployment tools. Should be able to streamline the deployment process.
