Role
Provide proactive, comprehensive, and efficient administrative support to the Chief Executive, Chairman, Vice-Chair, Executive Directors, Project Integration Manager, and Council, acting with the utmost loyalty and discretion to ensure that the association operates as effectively as possible.
Full executive support to the executive team, Council Chair, and Vice-Chair, ensuring their diaries, holidays, travel arrangements, expenses, and all other logistic matters are effectively managed. General administration duties include proofreading, collation and distribution of meeting papers, letters, and raising purchase orders.
Assist and provide support in the preparation for council meetings. This includes drafting agendas, organizing papers, logistics of travel, accommodation, food, etc., ensuring the meeting goes to plan, and taking and producing the minutes from all council meetings.
