Job Responsibilities
* To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis
* To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care
* To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
* To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework
We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within Unscheduled Care.
We pride ourselves in providing excellent, quality care to our patients. We are a welcoming, supportive and friendly group of professionals who strive to provide a friendly caring environment for both patients and staff.
We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Salary: £28,834 to £35,099 a year, pro rata.
