Job summary An exciting opportunity has risen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Reactive Emergency Assessment Community Team (REACT) as a Registered Nurse. The REACT team is a multi-disciplinary integrated community service within ESNEFT incorporating OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotics Therapy), OOHs (Out of Hours) and Virtual Ward pathways patients. Our team delivers excellent patient focused care to patients in the East Suffolk community. Could you be a valued key member of our team? The role involves travelling throughout East Suffolk delivering acute care in patient's home as a part of REACT nursing team, both during core hours and out of hours. The post holder will be working in an internal rotation. The successful candidate will be expected to work early shifts, late and night shifts including weekends and bank holidays. During out of hours between 18:00-8:00 the Nurse will be accompanied with a Health Care Assistant.
