* Salary: £25,500

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Support HR Manager with HR functions and duties
* Maintain and update employee records
* Manage starter and leaver administration
* Issue offer letters and contracts to new starters
* Monitor probationary periods, handle holiday/sickness reporting
* Assist with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and reference requests
* Coordinate induction days and manage pension scheme administration
* Distribute and collate probation and performance reviews
Ideal Candidate:
* Prior HR experience
* Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
* Integrity in handling confidential matters
* Commitment to supporting HR development
* Educated to A-Level standard or with a CIPD foundation qualification
