Salary 35,000 - 35,000 GBP per year
Requirements:
- To be suitable for this role, you must have a degree-level education or similar in a related field (IT). Additionally, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience supervising or leading a service desk team and at least 2 years of experience supporting service desk tickets.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, I will oversee the current service desk and provide assistance and support when necessary. I will manage the process of all incoming ticket queries and delegate tasks to relevant team members. Additionally, I will review closed requests to ensure they have been completed according to Service Desk SLAs. I will assess open requests and escalate them to the next level of the service desk when required, as well as identify scopes of project work being undertaken by the service desk.
