3. Manage the predation of financial statements and ensure accuracy in reporting
4. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, helping drive their personal development
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
6. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives
7. Monitor and evaluate the companies' financial performance, providing detailed reports to stakeholders and the board
8. Assist the business with procuring improved services and improving operational costs
9. Understanding commercial contracts and maximising opportunities
