Finance Business Partner (part time) | Leicestershire | £52,000 - £56,000 Macildowie are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by East Midlands Housing Group (EMH) who are looking for a part time Finance Business Partner to replace a member of the team who is retiring. EMH are one of the largest providers of affordable homes and care services in the East Midlands. They spend over £100m a year on building new homes as well as maintaining the 21,000 homes that they have and pride themselves on providing high quality homes and services that contribute to sustainable communities.They are a great organisation to work for with a positive culture, are forward thinking and you will have opportunities to grow and develop within this role.Social Housing experience would prove highly desirable however they are open to those with a purely commercial background as recognise there are very few individuals with social housing experience in the locality.Overview- Paying £52,000 - £56,000 - (full time equivalent annual salary)- Part time - 28 hours per week - given the standard work week is 35 hours, this equates to 0.8 FTE- 8% employer pension contribution- 30 days annual leave bank holidays- Hybrid working with only 1-2 days per week based on site (Coalville - LE67 4JP)Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager this Finance Business Partner opportunity has a heavy outward facing emphasis focused around working with non-finance budget holders and pushing for value for money across the organisation. This will be specifically looking after the care and support section of the organisation which is a crucial part of the group and provides lots of varying areas to get involved in.You will have autonomy in being the lead contact for these stakeholder's and will be leading the preparation and review of management accounts and providing financial analysis to inform senior management decision making. This is a standalone role with no management.Requirements- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)- Experience leading the development, production and review of monthly management accounts and able to provide commentary to budget holders- Intermediate Excel - comfortable and experienced with Pivots and Lookups on a day to day basis- Strong interpersonal skills, happy with outward facing role and prior business partnering experience in a medium - large sized business- Proactive and able to identify improvements and area to create value for money as well as being solutions focused and see opportunity rather than issuesIf this role is something that you feel could be for you, please apply before Monday 24th March with an up to date CV as they will be interviewing the following two weeks.
