We are now recruiting for the position of Supervisor for our busy coffee shop in Derby.

Responsibilities of the Role:
* Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
* Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
* Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
Requirements:
* Have at least 1 year’s supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environment
* We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the store
* Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet
* Be organised, hard-working and reliable
* Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
* Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
* Be an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff members
* Understanding of stock control and completing stock takes
* Understanding of wage management
* Understanding of food preparation
* Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
* To assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times
* To assist the general manager in shift management
* To adhere to all company policies and procedures
