Your role will include:

* Designing engaging learning and development content to support our teams.
* Driving the evolution of our digital platforms, ensuring they're accessible, modern, and effective.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree in digital media, broadcasting, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Additional management or specialist communications/digital content qualifications at post graduate level or equivalent level of experience.
* Evidence of continuous professional and personal development.
Experience
* Senior level expertise of leading the development of digital content, campaigns/programmes in a creative industry.
* Extensive experience of leading on media relations specifically creating high quality, engaging video content.
* Experience of delivering and supporting Organisational Development programmes.
* Experience of delivering cultural change in large complex organisations.
* Experience of website and digital design, development and delivery.
* Experience of working in an NHS organisation and across organisational boundaries.
Skills
* Ability to prioritise and meet short deadlines in a high pressured environment.
* Ability to make quick assessments and draw logical conclusions from situations.
* Creative thinking and ability to support others to do so.
* Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, literacy, IT and numeracy skills with the ability to produce a range of digital content for different target audiences.

Knowledge
* Understanding of what the NHS Constitution means to you, and your responsibilities to the public, patients and colleagues.
* Strong understanding of digital and traditional graphic design best practice.

* Knowledge and understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 a year pro rata per annum.
