We are looking for a Retail Regional Manager to join our leadership team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Retail Divisional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of 150 stores within your region. Your leadership will drive sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service through a team of Area Managers and branch staff. Regional Oversight Lead and manage the performance of over 150 stores, ensuring sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets are met. Monitor Area Managers' performance through regular reviews, store visits, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with company standards. Ensure all stores comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards. Sales & Financial Management Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies across the region. Manage regional budgets, with full P&L responsibility, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability. Lead efforts to support underperforming stores to bring them to profitability. Leadership & Team Development Mentor and lead Area Managers, fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Identify talent within the region, supporting career development and succession planning. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement. Customer Experience Ensure all stores deliver exceptional customer service, aligned with our brand values. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work with teams to address feedback and resolve issues. Operational Excellence Support the implementation of operational processes to improve productivity and store performance. Ensure effective inventory control, minimizing shrinkage and maximizing stock availability. Strategy & Communication Execute divisional strategies and initiatives to promote sales growth, product launches, and promotions across the region. Serve as the key communication link between senior leadership and store teams, ensuring alignment on business objectives.
