Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and oversight of our supported living services. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of supported living services, ensuring that all clients receive the highest standard of care and support. Lead and manage a team of support staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and supported in their roles. Monitor the quality of care provided, ensuring that services meet regulatory standards and exceed expectations. Implement and enforce care plans, risk assessments, and support strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation and ensure that My Life Choice LTD is always operating within legal and regulatory frameworks. Conduct regular audits and inspections, reporting on the performance of services, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency, while maintaining the quality of service delivery. Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, external agencies, and stakeholders. Provide regular reports to senior management and contribute to strategic planning and development. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within the supported living or social care sector. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and a commitment to improving their quality of life. Relevant qualifications in social care, management, or related fields (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent). PBS knowledge Why Join Us?
