We are looking for an account controller to be responsible for acting as the day-to-day contact for our customers. The account controller will provide outstanding customer service during the production of the customer’s books within our factory, understand and process customer orders, and advise customers where necessary.
To be successful as an account controller, having at least a year’s experience in a customer-facing role is essential, preferably in a B2B environment. You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and willing to learn to use our in-house CRM system.
The account controller will represent the customer’s needs within the business, providing an outstanding level of service to the customer, while developing strong working relationships with designated day-to-day contacts, coordinating estimate requests and production schedules, and clearly communicating these to the customer alongside collaborating with internal and external partners, balancing in-house capability with customer requirements.
