Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out modifications and installations when required.
2. Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
3. Providing a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaising with contractors or external suppliers where required.
4. Completing any required paperwork and producing reports accurately and on a timely basis.
5. Carrying out work to high standards in line with current company policies and procedures.
6. Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
7. Ensuring own work and the work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
To be successful in this Electrical Engineer role, you must have:
1. Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330.
2. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
3. 17th or 18th edition.
4. A background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction with project work within a region.
5. A clean and valid UK driving licence.
