Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the Team Leader/Senior
- Help residents with mobility and ensure their safety at all times.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to the needs of the residents.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Shift times are from 8:00pm to 8:00am. Jobs requires you to work alternative weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
