Position:
Are you a proactive and collaborative leader with a passion for driving operational efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our corporate and support functions, ensuring compliance with legal obligations while supporting our mission and strategic objectives.
In this pivotal role, you will:
1. Lead Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to implement strategic goals and translate them into actionable operational plans.
2. Ensure Governance: Support Board interactions and ensure compliance with operational strategies and decisions.
3. Drive External Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with service providers, partners, and IT vendors, optimizing systems like Xero and Breathe HR.
4. Manage Finances: Oversee budgets, maintain operating costs within a 5% margin, and drive cost-efficiency across operations.
5. Lead Teams: Support HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and ensure compliance with employment laws, while maintaining a staff turnover rate below 10%.
