What We're Looking For: Proven experience in RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support. Strong knowledge of RF and electronic systems, including algorithm design and implementation. Understanding of Integrated Air Defence Systems. Experience in supplier management, collaborating closely with Procurement Leads. System design engineering skills, including requirements management, system integration and testing, verification, and validation. Proficiency in SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody. Experience in developing and using RF performance models. Familiarity with transitioning development hardware into production, including environmental and qualification testing, and design certification.
