Job Purpose:
To provide vital support to the Technical Support Leader (TSL) by coordinating logistic and technical activities, primarily focusing on configuration control, special tools and test equipment (STTE), and the management and development of technical publications. The role requires close collaboration with various UK sites to ensure smooth operational effectiveness and alignment with project goals.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
1. Assist TSL with configuration control of site test equipment/program loading tools (STTE).
2. Assist TSL with configuration control at sites in line with project plans.
3. Maintain technical publications and assist in the development of new publications.
4. Chair monthly site technical conferences and act as the technical point of contact for UK sites.
5. Coordinate with UK Ops team in relation to inter-site equipment rebalances.
6. Assist TSL with SiteMS 4 initial roll-out and enduring support.
7. Coordinate site annual stock checks in line with API and contract requirements.
8. Support TSL with new equipment deliveries and NET.
9. Assist TSL with equipment disposal.
10. Assist with site training on STTE.
11. Maintain an effective line of communication with all UK sites.
12. Stand in for TSL in their absence.
