Overview:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative with ideally 1-2 years' experience to join our growing new business team. You will prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute daily outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media
2. Research and strategically target key decision makers
3. Create compelling messaging for gift card and incentive solutions
4. Conduct consultative needs analysis conversations
5. Deliver effective sales presentations
6. Maintain accurate records in Salesloft & CRM
7. Build strong internal and external networks
8. Drive cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications:
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years successful new business development experience is preferable but not essential
2. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
3. Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new accounts
4. Strong phone, written, and presentation skills
5. Experience with full sales cycle management
6. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales tools
7. Multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environment
