Job Summary We are seeking a confident, calm, organised and passionate Toddler Room Practitioner to join our all year round toddler team 22-36months. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support children in all areas of our curriculum and to build and relationships with parents and carers. Duties Provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in a nursery setting. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential. Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children and families.
