Who we're looking for: We’re looking for a keen and enthusiastic graduate to join us on our journey to become the number 1 parent care company, specifically within the fields of Customer Service, Warehousing & Logistics. This opportunity enables you to gain hands-on experience in understanding and supporting our fast-paced operational supply chain, helping us to drive efficiency and to maximise the high-level of service that our customers expect, through the likes of on-time in full (OTIF) metrics. This role not only provides a solid foundation in Customer Service operations but also offers growth opportunities in UK logistics and export. If you happen to speak fluent French or German, you will also have the scope to support customers in these regions as well as with our warehouses, therefore utilising your language skills What you'll be doing: As a Graduate Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator, you will work within the Head Office Supply Chain department, being an integral member of the Customer Service team, initially managing the order flow for our global B2B (business to business) customer network, moving on to understand our warehouse and logistics operation. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, as well as our customers and distributors, is a critical element to success, whilst co-ordinating with our warehouse and logistics partners, to ensure the most efficient order dispatch and delivery process. Your key duties will include: being responsible for processing a portfolio of customer orders, maintaining their order cycle and process adherence. Customers have their own way of working, so maintaining your account portfolio and ongoing ways of working, is key to ensure there are no hiccups along the way You’ll soon become a subject matter expert in your field.… Collaboration with our Commercial Account Managers is a fundamental requirement, working with them to be clear on promotional activity and upcoming changes, as well as liaising with the wider supply chain, across Demand and Supply Planners. As your confidence and passion grows, so will your experience, as duties will then begin to include elements of our UK logistics and export functions, where you will learn and manage how we ship the orders to our customer and distributor base, inclusive of UK & EU transport planning and international export documentation.
