The role of Senior New Business Coordinator includes:
1. Building and nurturing client relationships, as well as supporting internal stakeholders.
2. Being part of a fast-paced, results-driven, and competitive environment.
3. A varied approach to business generation activities with the overall goal of increasing market share in areas where we operate.
4. Supporting our network by booking quality Market Appraisals for our teams to win new instructions.
5. Managing and organising a large database of internal data.
6. Proactively sourcing new properties via various streams including property portals and social media.
7. This role will enable you to become an expert in the property market!
Qualifications & Experience
The successful Senior New Business Coordinator based in Belgrave Square will have the following attributes:
1. Efficient and well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
2. Confident with a professional approach.
3. Ability to build relationships and rapport with internal colleagues and clients.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Able to work well under pressure in an office environment and as part of a team.
