A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services is currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join the team at their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire, on a temp to perm basis. Ideal if you have some prior experience in Customer Service, and some background in a Scientific Environment such as a Scientific Degree or experience working in a lab.
Role Overview
* Provide exceptional customer service to the company's clients, predominantly via phone and email.
* Administrative tasks including invoicing, booking sample collections, and resolving customer queries.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
* Temporary to permanent, full-time role Monday-Friday. 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm).
Requirements
* A background in Science is highly beneficial, this could be from an academic or professional environment.
* Excellent customer service skills are essential, ideally developed during experience in a similar role.
* Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be immediately available to begin.
