Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Thurs, 3pm finish on a Friday
20 days holidays plus bank holidays, 2 week complete shutdown at Christmas, contributory pension, simply health healthcare, CPD to gain further quals, progression, 35p per mile
Our client is an established leading training Ofsted Grade 2 provider with national provision and a personal approach, specializing across sectors within Manufacturing, Logistics, Insurance, Financial, Housing, Healthcare, NHS, and Retail & Construction.
The Role
As a Lean Manufacturing Warehouse tutor, you’ll guide and assess learners through warehouse and storage certifications, sharing your knowledge and preparing them for work in the sector. Your support helps learners build confidence and open doors to future employment, making a tangible difference in their lives and communities.
1. To work without supervision to support learners undertaking a standalone qualification programme of learning.
2. To carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
3. To assist in the compilation of learners portfolios and to monitor the quality of learning.
4. To support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.
5. To contribute to the development of the candidate’s plans of individual training needs.
6. To assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge and support the internal quality assurance process.

What You’ll Do:
1. Deliver high-quality Lean Manufacturing and Warehouse training to unemployed and employed learners over 13-day courses in the centre of Liverpool.
2. Guide learners through Level 2 certifications.
3. Inspire learners to build skills that open doors to new job opportunities.

About You:
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Warehouse operations and have a manufacturing or warehouse qualification.
* A passion for coaching and mentoring learners.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
Desirable:
* A working knowledge of Onefile online portfolio system.
* A working knowledge of Ipegs online system.
* A working knowledge of Highfield awarding body processes.
