Help Desk Co-ordinator
Location: Southend, Essex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm; Tues, Wed, Thurs 08:30am to 18:00
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Our client has a vacancy for a full-time Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their team at their Southend offices.

Responsibilities:
1. Account managing your client
2. Coordinating Engineers' diaries scheduling planned and reactive maintenance
3. Liaising with a sub-contractor network
4. Answering telephone enquiries
5. Inputting calls onto a database system
6. Updating clients
7. Producing purchase orders
8. Checking progress
Previous experience of dealing with customers or clients over the telephone is required for this role. You will need to have your own transport due to location.
