The role offers variety—no two days are the same From evaluating new business opportunities to supporting special projects, you’ll gain experience across multiple areas. Where Does This Role Fit In? As an Investment & Business Analyst, you’ll be part of our Corporate Finance team, working closely with colleagues across the business. You’ll support the Head of New Business, Property & Financial Planning and the Property Accountant (pre-handover) in evaluating financial opportunities, ensuring risks are considered, and helping to shape Pobl’s long-term business plan. What Skills & Experience Do You Need? Analytical mindset – You enjoy working with numbers and can break down complex information. Financial modelling skills – Experience with Excel is essential, and knowledge of Brixx would be a bonus Attention to detail – You have a methodical approach and can handle data from multiple sources. Confidence to challenge information – You’re not afraid to question data and make sure everything adds up. Communication skills – You can explain financial insights clearly to different stakeholders. Experience in viability assessments – Particularly for capital investment schemes or care & support services. Relevant qualifications – A degree in accountancy, business, or a related field is preferred.
