Portman Finance Group are seeking a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic Sales Team.
You will be responsible for processing and managing all administration paperwork throughout our sales process alongside ensuring our Sales Team and all appropriate systems, including our CRM, are keep up-to-date with progress.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Performing a pivotal role in our Sales process, excellent communication skills will be essential to working with our Sales Team to keep stakeholders updated and processes moving forward.
Skills and experience required
Degree-educated is strongly preferred, with a minimum of A-Levels, or equivalent;
Experience providing professional Administration or Sales Administration support is essential;
Ability to communicate clearly in-person, over email, and on the telephone;
Positive and engaging telephone manner;
Ability to pro-actively identify issues and blockages, working with the Sales Team to investigate and resolve in a timely manner to avoid further problems down the line; and
