Job Title: Move Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Move Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a Move Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth relocation of our clients and staff within our Sizewell C site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the Space Planner and Facilities Operations Manager to plan and execute all scheduled moves, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
* Communicate effectively with client teams to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
* Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the move management team, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures.
* Manage one-off relocations and office set-ups for new hires and terminations, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Receive and manage all requests for end-user moves, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Carry out administrative and reporting tasks to support the effective running of our client contract.
* Work closely with Managers and Finance to support financial processes and coordinate additional costs with suppliers or subcontractors.
* Manage queries from internal and external customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Good IT skills in Microsoft Office 365.
* Good physical fitness, as the role may involve physical exertion and prolonged sitting or standing.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts and long hours when necessary.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Highly motivated and organized individual.
* Clean driving license.
* Good client-facing skills.
