Job Overview: As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading sales initiatives, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
* Account Management: Manage and nurture key customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
* Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice, accurate information, and tailored solutions.
* Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this to customers to drive sales.
* Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
* Quote Generation: Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, highlighting our Unique Selling Points (USPs) and value propositions.
* Order Management: Oversee the order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales advisors, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
* Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

* Experience: Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and managing key accounts.

* Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading a team, with a focus on developing junior sales advisors.
* Seasonal Flexibility: Willingness to support the team during peak periods (March to August) when the business experiences its busiest times.
