We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch service for our guests. You'll work closely with your regional manager to build strong relationships, support and develop your team, and create a culture of respect and professionalism.
Luxury salon in Chiswick, London.
As Salon Manager, What You'll Do:
* Foster strong teamwork and communication within the salon and with your regional manager.
* This role is 70% hands-on treatments, when the team starts to grow, then less time will be spent in treatments.
* Ensure excellent guest service and handle any concerns with care and attention.
* Support your team with regular meetings, appraisals, and performance management.
* Oversee financial processes, including weekly planning, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Manage stock levels, toolkits, and salon equipment.
* Maintain high standards in health, hygiene, and safety.
* Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and share new ideas with the team.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to keep the team motivated and growing.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2-3 years of management experience, ideally in beauty or a related field.
* Strong financial and numerical skills.
* A passion for excellent guest service and team development.
* Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines.
