Engineer (Advisory and Design Team)

Job Description
Critical to the role is the candidate's ability to work within a multidisciplinary engineering team. Your value driven purpose of your role will be to interface between the Advisory and Design Teams technical disciplines and identify synergies, support with the development of Team deliverables, lead and support problem solving initiatives and champion "lean management" principles with the Team.
Job Purpose
Assist the Advisory and Design Team to deliver value to our Clients across multiple engineering disciplines, including but not limited to environmental, materials, technical safety, reliability, chemical, flow assurance and subsea isolation and interventions.
This role would suit a committed, proactive, dynamic, and resilient Junior Engineer who is eager to learn new skills and gain experience within the subsea engineering sector. The successful candidate will be adaptable and willing to fail fast in their quest to succeed.

* Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or experience in the subsea / oil and gas sector
* An analytical mindset and the ability to write concise accurate reports.
* Ability to develop and present an evidenced based argument in front of a technically skilled audience.
* Strength of character to fight your corner but with the humility to incorporate the feedback of others.
* A desire to learn quickly.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A strong team player who is also willing to lead
