Job Title: Exhibition Project Administrator / Trainee Project Manager
Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 subject to experience

The Company/Role:
ESM design and build exhibitions stands and live event solutions for a number of exhibitors each year at venues predominantly across the UK and Europe.
We require an Exhibitions Project Administrator/Trainee Project Manager to join our team in order to help progress and plan projects from initial specification through to delivery onsite.
You will need to be organised and efficient, maintaining budgets and managing deadlines whilst building relationships with key accounts and clients to create long term loyalty. You will work closely with our account management team, and production teams, to update the clients with the progression of their projects - so great teamwork and a positive attitude are a must.
Key tasks will include:
· Health and Safety administration
· Ordering from sub-contractors (eg. Electrics/flooring/furniture/audiovisual/graphics)
· Providing Sub-Contractors with all necessary information
· Liaising with organisers for drawing approval and on timings
